Mr. Gusmini leads the Global Power Thermal Solutions Division and the European and Indian Regional Business of Aavid Thermalloy and he is based in Europe. He joined the Company in September 1994 as Sales Manager for France. Since then he has provided over 15 years of leadership in different positions including European Sales Manager and Division Sales Director. Prior to joining Aavid Thermalloy Mr. Gusmini worked for over 14 years for Proner Comatel (part of the Tyco Group) where he excelled in the role of Import Sales Manager dealing with connectors, flat cables and fasteners. Mr. Gusmini's vast experience has been mainly gained on the field after graduating from a French high school specialising in electronics.
