    As head of the management team, Mr. Wong is responsible for the execution of the Company's strategic and operational objectives across all product and service offerings globally. Based at the Company's corporate headquarters in Concord, New Hampshire, Mr. Wong travels extensively to all of the Company's manufacturing facilities, design and service centers throughout North America, Asia and Europe to provide the necessary support and guidance for Aavid management and staff at all levels in servicing our customers.

    Mr. Byrne oversees all financial and treasury functions globally. He is based at the Company's corporate headquarters in Concord, New Hampshire. Mr. Byrne is also responsible for investor relations.

    As chief legal counsel, Mr. Mitchell advises the board of directors and executive officers on litigation, major transactions, legal compliance and corporate administrative matters. Mr. Mitchell maintains an office at the Company's corporate headquarters in Concord, New Hampshire.

    Dr. Kang leads the Company's effort in the development of new technologies to deliver the most advanced solutions to our customers world-wide. Based at the Company's corporate headquarters in Concord, New Hampshire, Dr. Kang heads the corporate research and development teams worldwide.

Based at the Company's North American headquarters in Concord, New Hampshire, Mr. Tessier directs a team of design/application engineers, sales/marketing and operational staff located throughout the U.S. as well as in each of the Company's manufacturing facilities around the globe to provide world-class services to the multi-national customers of the Global Enterprise Solutions Division as well as regional customers in North America.

    Mr. Soucy is the Vice President and General Manager of the Global Transportation and Industrial Systems Division which serves major multi-national customers around the world with a technological and market focus on transportation, industrial and testing systems. Mr. Soucy is based at the Company's corporate headquarters in Concord, New Hampshire and travels frequently to the Company's locations world-wide. He directs a team of design/application engineers, sales/marketing and operational staff located throughout the U.S. as well as in each of the Company's manufacturing facilities around the globe to provide world-class services to the multi-national customers of the Transportation and Industrial Systems Division.

Based at the European headquarters in Bologna, Italy, Mr. Gusmini directs a team of design/application engineers, sales/marketing and operational staff located throughout Europe as well as in each of the Corporation's manufacturing facilities around the globe, to provide world-class services to the multi-national customers of the Global Power Thermal Solutions Division, as well as regional customers in Europe and India.

    Dr. Capriz is responsible for the Company’s R&D activities associated with Power Electronics and for the coordination of design method and technology transfer activities through Aavid’s Design Centers and new process introduction teams. With more than 20 years of experience in Thermal Management sciences and product development, he directs the engineering teams in developing innovative cooling solutions and implementing new manufacturing technologies that can deliver best in class product performance and reliability.

    Mr. Gilliam is the Vice President & General Manager of Aavid Design, the technology design business unit of Aavid, offering creative and cost effective product design, testing and prototype services for thermal, mechanical, electronic and industrial design disciplines across a wide spectrum of market segments including technology, power management, telecom, industrial and transportation. Based at the Company’s North American headquarters in Concord, New Hampshire, Mr. Gilliam directs his teams of multi-disciplinary design engineers, sales/marketing and operational staff strategically located at Aavid Design centers around the globe.
