Each grease is available in clean and easy application forms and in different volumes to suit your requirements

Sil-Free™

Aavid’s Sil-Free thermal grease is a metal oxide filled silicone-free synthetic specifically formulated to enhance heat transfer without the migration or contamination associated with silicone-based products. The application of Sil-Free can reduce dry interface thermal resistance by as much as 75%. The high performance compound will not dry out, harden, melt or run even after long-term exposure to temperatures up to 200°C. Sil-Free is a compound that exhibits essentially no bleed or evaporation in a vacuum atmosphere (10-5 Torr, 24 hrs at 100°C).

Avaliable sizes:
Sil-Free is avalaible in a 43 g (1.5 oz.) syringe, 57 g (2.0 oz.) and 143 g (5oz.) tube as well as a 457 g (16oz.) jar.

Ther-O-Link

Ther-O-Link is a cost–effective silicone-based thermal compound developed to enhance heat transfer between heat sink or enclosure and heat source. Ther-O-Link is very easy to apply and substantially reduces dry interface thermal resistance. Ther-O-Link has a long average lifespan even under extreme conditions.

Avaliable sizes:
Ther-O-Link is avalaible in a 1 g ampule, 35.7 g syringe (1.25oz), 57 g (2oz), 143 g (5oz) and 228.6 g (8oz) tube as well as a 0.45 kg (1lb) can.

Aavid's Ultrastick is a unique phase-change thermal interface material that surpasses grease in thermal performance and long-term stability. This solid, silicone-free, paraffin-based thermal compound changes phase at 60°C, with a concurrent volumetric expansion that fills gaps between the mating surfaces. Ultrastick comes in a convenient applicator bar, allowing for neat, fast application to both heat sink and component surfaces. One cost-effective application leaves a thin, film-like deposit, providing excellent heat transfer and low interface thermal resistance.
